Peppermint White Chocolate Hot Chocolate

Now, if you are one who believes looks matter, then we have the hot chocolate for you… This is certainly the prettiest hot chocolate on the block! Don’t hide this drink in a ceramic mug because this one needs to be shown off in a glass mug. It has the prettiest pink punch!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1/2 Cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 Tsp. peppermint extract
  • Pink food coloring

Toppings:

  • Peppermint marshmallows (or plain)
  • Whipping cream

Directions

First, heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Once milk is warm, stir in chocolate chips, and whisk until chocolate has melted. Then, add a small amount of pink food coloring (start with 1 drop and go from there). Add peppermint, and stir to combine and put in serving cups. Finally, top with whipped cream and marshmallows.

In Closing

Importantly, we highly recommend you taste test these while cozied up by the fire and/or the tree while watching your favorite holiday movie. Once you do so, please do let us know your favorite!
